El Paso Intelligence Center
The El Paso Intelligence Center is an all-threats center with a focus on the Western Hemisphere and a particular emphasis on the Southwest border. It leverages the authorities and expertise of 21 participating agencies to deliver tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence support to federal, state, local, tribal, and international law-enforcement organizations. Together, its partner agencies identify and deter threats to the United States and its allies, protecting our nation.
Opportunity
The El Paso Intelligence Center had a keen opportunity to establish itself as a node for nationwide law enforcement and international coordination along America's southwest border. This required extending focus and support from excellence in tactical, law-enforcement support to meaningful, strategic-level support.
SERVICES
We partnered with the El Paso Intelligence Center and key GS and SES personnel to design and execute a strategic plan that increased the center's visibility among state, local, and federal law-enforcement partners.
PROCESS
01. Attend
We integrated with the El Paso Intelligence Center to get a sense of their processes, unique selling proposition, and positioning.
02. Attune
Working with the team, we identified several unique offerings they alone could provide. We then designed a brand strategy, supported the transition of key leaders into positions of authority and influence, and completely reengineered internal processes to execute revamped operations. Finally, we executed the strategy alongside the team, training staff on new processes and products, and ensuring complete confidence and control for the EPIC team and the law-enforcement officers they support.
