Opportunity
The Peraton team had an excellent opportunity to improve program operations and build a next-generation, turn-key program operations platform to serve multiple clients across its business unit portfolios, turning its full operating capability toward its customers to promote the global defense of the United States and its allies.
SERVICES
We embedded with the team, undertaking a deep analysis of people, processes, and products that were affecting the team's success.
PROCESS
01. Attend
We integrated with the Peraton team—not only with their processes but with their thoughts and emotions about those processes, their outcomes, and their lasting effects on their teams and customers.
02. Attune
As the team cued on opportunities for improvement (through verbal and nonverbal inclinations alike), we began to attune the entire operational picture to internal and external—implicit and explicit—desires, focusing on small wins to generate high-trust payoff at low risk to customer and program operations, working our way to larger opportunities.
At the conclusion of our work, we fully restructured the operational approach, processes, tools, deliverables, and personnel of the Peraton team, building a program operations platform and approach that is as a turnkey program-operations solution for serving clients, enabling hundred of millions of dollars in revenue generation.
