U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts and synchronizes worldwide multidiscipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence-related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, Coalition Commands, and the Intelligence Community.
Opportunity
The U.S. Army INSCOM team had an excellent opportunity to elevate the standing of one of its key divisions, bringing singular expertise to the decision-making table in multibillion-dollar, global, Army-wide acquisitions.
SERVICES
We partnered with the INSCOM Commanding General and key GS and SES personnel to design and execute a strategic vision that cemented the command's influence in key acquisitions.
PROCESS
01. Attend
We integrated with the U.S. Army INSCOM team to get a sense of their processes, unique selling proposition, and positioning.
02. Attune
Working with the team, we identified several unique offerings they alone could provide. We then designed a brand strategy and campaign to recruit key strategic partners along the acquisition lifecycle. Finally, we implemented the strategy, executing alongside the team, ensuring complete confidence and control for the INSCOM team and cementing the Command’s influence in pivotal acquisitions for our brave service members.

IN INSCOM'S WORDS“You have shared with us your methodologies and taught us in a way that has enabled operations in your absence. This is different in that most people withhold their information for fear of becoming less valuable to the organization. As a result, you have enabled us to operate more effectively and more smoothly."
— Daniel Green (SGM Ret., INSCOM)
